There are No refunds on physical products. We will offer only credit in the amount of the returned item once it has been shipped back to Fancy Creation in original packaging.

No refunds or exchanges will be provided once the client approves proof of designs.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

To start a return, please contact us at fancycreation.pz@gmail.com. If the company is liable, a return label will be submitted, but if the customer is liable, you must pay for the shipping to return the item. You have 7 days from the date of delivery for all returns. All items must be returned in original packaging. Items sent without notice will not be accepted for a return.
 

Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.
